POWER SOLUTION SUPPORT SPECIALIST with IT and Communications profile

Purpose of this position:

  • Expert in electrical networks giving excellent technical Power solution support and services to Specialised partners (Green Contractors) or direct customers ,
  • Power Solution Application and Service Engineers for pre- and after-sales in the fields of Power and Energy Monitoring/Management and Power Solution Architectures.
  • Be the country interface to the Power Solution line of business activity in case of escalation needs.
    Provide support, if needed, at the consultation phase of the project (engineering, detailed specification check…)
  • Developing Web remote monitoring application and database.
  • Prepare and Conduct solution trainings.
  • Provide a solution support on-site, at countries’ and customer’s request.
  • Provide monthly report analysis from energy data collected from customer system.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Handle Power Solution customer requests within fixed timeframes.
  2. To provide online service as EE Hotline for EMEAS – as online remote support, Remote Control, Trouble-shooting, Alarm management, BMS/FMS Hosting, Remote Asset reconfiguration.
  3. To provide and develop offline services for EMEAS – as Provide Reports/Dashboards to Local EE Auditor or Local EE sales org., Bill analysis, recommendation of Energy Conservation Measures, Periodic consolidated report on Energy Usage, etc…
  4. Provide monthly report analysis from energy data collected from customer system. 
  5. Implement resources (lab tests, researches, contact third parties …) to provide an answer to the customer.
  6. Provide expertise, update the knowledge base with FAQ’s and publish solutions with technical folders.
  7. Launch and follow up on-site and Solution expertise requests.
  8. Act as the dedicated contact of a customer until the case is closed or the service delivered.
  9. Detect opportunities for productivity gain and selling new support contracts.
  10. Follow up the new innovations and product evaluations and keep the related laboratory products and tools updated.
  11. Facilitate knowledge exchange between experts in order to improve team's efficiency.
  12. Analyse / Capitalize customer requests in order to develop offerings.
  13. Propose and prepare the related solution training modules and conduct and evaluate according to the schedules approved or customer requests.
  14. To manage tricky situations: stressful customers, production breakdown.
  15. To report to activities Energy Management Solution CS & Quality department.

Core Competencies:

  1. Excellent knowledge of Energy Efficiency and Power solutions.
  2. Software expertise: Energy View On-line SW, SMS, ION E (& ION EEM).
  3. Excellent knowledge of Modbus, Ethernet, Wireless (Zigbee).
  4. Excellent knowledge with GSM connectivity.
  5. IT security, firewalls, VPNs…
  6. Capacity for database management, MSQL. WEB applications and WEB page development.
  7. Strong Customer Interaction skills (English only)
  8. Teamwork spirit
  9. IT environment knowledge
  10. Ability to synthesize and share knowledge
  11. Ability to express oneself clearly

Job environment:

  1. Flexible working hours: 8.00 am to 6.00 pm (core hours)

Qualifications/Experience

  1. Education background – Engineers in IT, automation, and industrial data processing!
  2. Experience in Energy sector in Utility or Buildings, Energy management, Power Measuring and Control installations.
  3. Experience on site!
  4. Fluent English
  5. Second language as French, Italian or Spanish will be advantage.
  6. PC skills

  5. Experience in PLC programming (iRIO).

Požadovaná praxe:

Popis práce:

  • Aktivní vyhledávání obchodních příležitostí 
  • Příprava, prezentace a projednání obchodních nabídek pro komplexní automatizační řešení

  • Zavádění nových obchodních postupů a nové nabídky
